Plate rolling

  • Large scale, computer controlled plate rolling facilities with up to 70mm capacity

Heavy fabrication

  • Components such as heavy fabricated steel beams, pressure piping and tower structures for heavy construction and engineering
  • Large workshop area of over 32,700m2 with high-capacity overhead cranes
  • All types of welding including aluminium, copper to steel and stainless steel
  • Large lay-down areas with vehicle access

Manufacture & assembly

  • Customised components such as stairs, ladders, platforms, walkways, electrical components, general fittings and material handling apparatus

Fitting and machining

  • World-class solutions from delicate components through to high voltage switch gear and heavy duty machining
  • Turning capacity up to 710mm diameter by 5m long, milling up to 2 tonnes mass job with 2m long travel and vertical borer with a 2m diameter up to 2.5m long

Industrial coatings

  • State of the art grit blasting, coating, welding, profile cutting and curing facilities (mobile units available)
  • Huge laydown areas with vehicle access
  • Results meet the toughest quality, environmental and safety standards
  • Full range of coatings from zinc primer to specialised anti graffiti coatings
  • Two 30m x 30m x 5m high grit blast rooms with recycling of blasting material to reduce costs and environmental impact
  • Heated 13m x 36m x 6m high sealed paint room to reduce drying time by 40%

Emission control equipment

  • We can fabricate a wide range of emission control equipment such as exhaust tubes
